8 x 8 booths with piping, drape, table, chair, sign.
Security provided when exhibits are closed.
Additional display needs may be obtained through GES Exposition Services.
See fees of booths on the contract. These prices in effect until January 5, 2009. (Add $100 per table for reservation and/or payment after that date.)

Hotel registration information with special Conference Hotel rates will be sent with confirmation.

In order to increase the traffic through the exhibits throughout the conference specific times are scheduled in the program for exhibit viewing. The Gala Opening will also be held in the exhibit area.

Your company may wish to help sponsor an event, such as a reception or coffee break. Your sponsorship will be listed in the Conference Program. Please indicate your sponsorship and return the sponsorship form.

CLTA respectfully requests that exhibiting companies refrain from sponsoring activities during exhibit hall hours unless they are held in the exhibit hall.
