Mail in registrations

  • Mail in registrations are being accepted now. Download Registration Form
  • Pre-registration postmark deadline: February 17, 2012, to avoid late registration fee.
  • Late mail in registrations must reach conference registrar by March 12, 2012. Add late registration fee $50.
  • On site registrations add $100.
  • Please read before completing registration: Note from Registrar
  • In order to receive their complimentary registrations, presenters must mail in their registration.
