Franco-American

Educational

Exchange Network

The Franco-American Educational Exchange Network is a social networking site supported by the American Embassy in Paris and the French Embassy in the United States, whose purpose is to help French and American teachers meet, connect, and exchange with one another. There are many different levels of exchange possible between the classes – from simple emails or postcards, to more advanced methods like video conferences and chats.

There are also groups on the site devoted to helping classrooms develop travel exchanges, and there are links to the Fulbright program, Teachers in Training program, and other opportunities for teachers who would like to study or work abroad.

THE SITE IS FREE TO JOIN AND USE, AND IS OPEN TO ALL FRENCH AND
AMERICAN TEACHERS OF MIDDLE SCHOOL/COLLEGE, HIGH SCHOOL/ LYCÉE,
AND UNIVERSITY/ UNIVERSITÉ.
